You won’t want to miss the mayhem! Bring your favorite noise makers\, clack fans\, and colorful outfits as you watch the spirited competition in the snow at Gondola Plaza. \nNOTE FOR CONTESTANTS: Please download our waiver and participation form by clicking here. \n\n  \nREADY TO GET DRESSED UP?  \nWe need you! Dress up\, dress crazy\, dress to impress…but you must also ski or board down the hill in your costume to the music of your choice. We do make some exceptions\, email info[at]gayskiweek.com if you have any questions. We also cannot have too much nudity…no buts about it! Seriously\, any nudity or profanity will jeopardize this event in the future\, so let’s all remember to act accordingly…yet still have fun! \nThere will be prizes for 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd place! We are encouraging Downhill participants to register early by emailing their name\, phone number\, and a brief description of their costumes and music. You will need to bring your music on a jump drive or cd to give to DJ Dylan before your performance. You must register before the event\, then on Friday\, January 19th you must show up at the West Gondola Plaza no later than 10:30am to sign your release form and get your team registration finalized. \nYou are the most important part of this event…we need you to bring out your inner actress or actor\, get all dressed up\, and ski a few yards. Let your primal urges run WILD! Grab your animal print fits and get ready to shake that tail feather. \nDance the night away at the top of Aspen Mountain. It begins with a fantastic 18-minute gondola ride to the top of Aspen Mountain. Cuddle up as you and your friends ascend into the starlight sky with unparalleled views of Aspen at night.
