The Art of Mouton Rothschild
An Exclusive Wine Dinner Celebrating Aspen Gay Ski Week’s 50th Anniversary
To celebrate Aspen Gay Ski Week’s 50th Anniversary, PARC Aspen presents The Art of Mouton Rothschild, an extraordinary evening where fine wine, artistic expression, and legacy converge.
This intimate, four-course wine dinner will feature three exceptional vintages of Château Mouton Rothschild — 1988, 1990, and 2014 — adorned with original label artwork by iconic LGBTQ artists Keith Haring, Francis Bacon, and David Hockney. Additional wine will be poured to complement the four-course menu.
With only ten seats available, guests will enjoy a rare opportunity to experience these distinguished wines alongside a thoughtfully curated culinary journey by Executive Chef Stefano Schiaffino, celebrating the artistry and craftsmanship found both in the glass and on the plate.
