LIGHT BITES AND SWAG – CHASE BANK

The new building is a two-story, 5,900 square foot structure that blends Victorian and modern styles. It incorporates outdoor space and landscaped areas to improve the pedestrian experience. The building was constructed using a mass timber structure with glulam Tudor Arches and CLT panels. Western Wood Structures installed the heavy timber elements, even in the snow.
