Book your ride to Plato’s Restaurant on Aspen Meadows Resort’s eco-friendly electric shuttle buses, which pick up/drop off diners at Belly Up Aspen, Gondola Plaza and outside the Hotel Jerome. Reservations are required. Please call (970) 544-7805 to reserve a spot for a shuttle pick-up.
