AGSW 2025 Recap

The team at AGSW and AspenOUT extends our deepest gratitude to BOMBER for their support, which helped make AGSW 2025 another incredibly successful year—our 48th! Thanks to your partnership, we surpassed our fundraising goals, generating nearly 25% more funds to reinvest in the Q+ community.

AspenOUT is very proud and excited to announce our partnership with the award-winning app Voda. Voda will allow AspenOUT to have an extended reach to support the Q+ Community beyond the Roaring Fork Valley/Aspen and into more rural communities throughout the United States. Read more about how funding from AspenOUT will support this pilot program that launched during AGSW 2025.

The continued expansion of official events in Snowmass, along with our partnership with The Collective, allowed us to offer even more programming during AGSW 2025, including a now annual Q+ Youth Event. We achieved a sell-out rate for all event passes and 100% of signature event tickets, with a waitlist exceeding 250 individuals. Our digital presence also reached new heights, driving over 202,000 visits to our website with 80,000 active users, 288,000 targeted impressions on Instagram alone, and record engagement through text messaging. We will continue to feature your brand across our digital platforms and marketing channels throughout 2025.

Gearing up for growth and our 50th anniversary – AGSW 2025

AGSW distributed 1600 general admission attendee gift bags, plus 175+ VIP gift bags and an additional 2000 print programs. We had over 5000 people in town between Aspen and Snowmass Village to celebrate our annual fundraiser for AspenOUT. Numbers are calculated from hotel sales, lift ticket sales, event sales, pass sales, and the total number of people that came into our free events that we tracked through wristbands and clickers. For the 3rd year in a row, we are clocking some of the highest number of lift ticket sales during the 2025 winter season in Aspen and Snowmass. We hope to continue the momentum by working with your organization year-round and helping deliver any messaging you have for our affluent demographic.

PARTNERS AND CREATORS. VISIBILITY THROUGH GREAT CONTENT.

AGSW chooses the content creators it works with carefully and to be sure that organic content is made without anything feeling forced. We welcomed back  Griffin Maxwell Brooks, a TikTok personality with over 1.2M followers and 104.5M likes. We also welcomed back Los Angeles based community leader, Chanel Lumiere and IG influencers   @JakeGrez , @JoeCorso, and @Gregory.Molony. @BillKapfer and @2_dallas_dads were back again for a combined reach of over 600k followers.

An outstanding video produced by SAXX Underwear, being one of their record breaking videos, with over 677k views, 23k likes, and 9,800 shares.

Our expansion into Snowmass continues to be a huge win, giving us a bigger footprint for unforgettable après, electrifying parties, and top-tier entertainment. And, as always, we’re proud to shine a spotlight on the incredible charitable causes we support—we’re one of the only Gay Ski Weeks in the world with 501(c)(3) status!

But that’s just the beginning. For our monumental 50th anniversary, we’re leveling up! Think SXSW, but make it Q+. We’re envisioning a dynamic festival format encompassing all things queer, and we’re on track to become one of the largest winter festivals on the West Coast!
