Welcome to AspenOUT, previously known as the Roaring Fork Gay & Lesbian Community Fund.

Our organization hosts a variety of programs and events, including educational forums, dinners, workshops, meetings, outings, and parties. Our signature fundraising opportunity of the year is the fabulous Aspen Gay Ski Week (AGSW) each January, which brings over 5,000 LGBTQ+ visitors during the week. We also host smaller fundraising opportunities throughout the year. Whether you are a long-time local or just visiting for a few days, we invite you to join any of our events. As much as AspenOUT is about fun, the Roaring Fork Gay and Lesbian Community Fund are about giving back to our community and improving life for everyone in the Roaring Fork valley. From Aspen down to Rifle and over to Vail, we strive to provide resources to help the diverse LGBTQ+ community flourish and come together under one central organization. We take our mission seriously and invite you to join this growing mission.

AspenOUT is dedicated to empowering the LGBTQIA+ (Q+) community and their families across the Roaring Fork Valley, nationwide and worldwide via digital curricula. Through innovative programming, vital resources, and strategic financial support, we champion the well-being of all queer individuals—lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and beyond—fostering a culture of understanding and belonging. We alleviate the financial barriers to essential specialized therapy for families, cultivate the potential of Q+ youth through empowerment initiatives and collegiate scholarships, and build a vibrant community for adults and allies through engaging programs.
