This winter, W Aspen is thrilled to debut HaSalon, the latest culinary experience by renowned celebrity Chef Eyal Shani, open from December 2024 to April 2025.

Joining celebrated locations worldwide—like NYC, Miami Beach, Tel Aviv, Paris, and Las Vegas—HaSalon will bring bold Mediterranean flavors to Aspen, using locally-sourced ingredients to craft vibrant, globally-inspired dishes. Guests can choose between two dinner experiences: a cozy, music-filled atmosphere before 8 PM, and a lively, high-energy scene after, complete with dancing. Signature dishes like charred beetroot carpaccio, bluefin tuna, ribeye steak, and ricotta clouds showcase Chef Shani’s distinctive creativity and international acclaim. With a focus on celebrating the abundance of the Mediterranean land and sea, HaSalon offers a fun and energetic dining experience that captures both the spirit of Tel Aviv and the vibrancy of Aspen.
