Barry’s, The Best Workout in the World™, is popping up in Aspen at The Little Nell! We’ll be hosting LIFT classes using weights and bands on the floor. LIFT is a 50-minute strength-based workout to increase muscle, visible definition, and strength.
In this workshop, participants will dive deep into the power in ‘taking off the mask’ and choosing to live into their own prophecy over performance and how to obliterate all the current rhetoric around what it means to be a woman in leadership.
