Looking for lift tickets? Click Here For More Info ABOUT ASPEN HIGHLANDS Aspen Highlands is a 12,500-foot mountain with ambiance and attitude. It is meant to be skied—hard. With 970 acres to play in and a 3,635-foot vertical, the mountain is skewed to the advanced skier and is constantly looking for ways to challenge further those up to the task. Deep Temerity, a speedy triple chair, climbs 1,700 vertical feet in just over seven minutes and accesses acres of new, advanced, and expert landscape. Plenty of mid-mountain, easier terrain to practice on before hitting the steps. But for the locals, it’s all about the Highland Bowl—an off-piste thrill ride—which culminates in untracked descents down 45-degree pitches.

Looking for an adventure with breathtaking views from the top of Aspen Highlands. Well look know further, this is a challenging hike but you will be rewarded with great terrain and a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie with your fellow skiers and boarders. Meet at the top of the Loge/Temerity lifts by 11am for a hike to the top of Highland Bowl. If you aren’t up for expert terrain, join the group when they make their way down to the Merry-Go-Round restaurant for lunch. Incase of Bowl closure, meet at noon at the top of Loge/Temerity Lift For photo. *Skiers & snowboarders assume all liability while riding during these ski days just as you would if you were on your own. 2025 DOWNHILL COSTUME CONTEST

This costume competition will be judged by a roster of personalities, including and hosted by Gay Ski Week legend Mariam T. You won’t want to miss the mayhem! Bring your favorite noise makers, clack fans, and colorful outfits as you watch the spirited competition in the snow at Gondola Plaza. Dress up, dress crazy, dress to impress…but you must also ski or board down the hill in your costume to the music of your choice. MEET AT BUTTERMILK BASE AT 10AM Look for our Gay Ski Week welcome signs at the gondola. Our ski concierges will be waiting to guide you around the mountain, regardless of your riding level.
